It means that when you join in the class, the instructor can see you, and you can see the instructor. The instructor should greet you by name, and you will be able to ask questions and receive feedback on your exercise form. The instructor runs the class and has the ability to mute any and all participants.

You have to order it, but yes, you will receive Bundle for free with a 6-month commitment.

You may cancel, but there is a $300 cancellation charge for Axle Live 6-month and Axle Live Premium 6-month subscriptions, since we send you the Axle Bundle for free to keep.

We get it, things happen! Not to worry though. We have class recordings published with regularity, as well as an extensive library of on-demand content.

The 6-month subscriptions are billed in full at the start of each 6-month period.

Actually, no! We have bodyweight-only options so you can get moving without the famed barbell. If you're just starting out and haven't exercised in a while, bodyweight exercises are a great way to get your muscles activated prior to adding more weight.
